Waterproof double conical bearings are employed to difficult particles to penetrate inside damaging the bearing. This way they ensure the machine to work properly. A little tube on the top of the bearing, for the introduction of lubricant, makes the periodic maintenance easier.

Disc spacing allows mix the soil perfectly, even in presence of great quantities of stubbles.

Hydraulic regulation of the angle of labor allows calibrate the opening of the discs bodies right from the tractor. RCHV model is provided with a graduated visualizer, situated on the cylinder, which allows set values without any possibility of error.

A screw, which transfers the weight, allows to easily adjusting the horizontality of the machine to the profile of the soil to work.
Besides, two very strong rubber amortize the relation among disc harrow and the tractor.

Hydraulic depth regulation allows calibrate labor depth hydraulically. Machines are provided with a graduated visualizer, situated on the cylinder, which allows set values without any possibility of error.

A locking device, in RCHV model, assures the compactness of the whole structure: main frame, supplementary frame, train of discs frame. This way, vibrations cannot disturb quality of work. Disc bodies remain perfectly aligned and the angle of work cannot suffer any modification.

High and side adjustment of the position of the draw bar is easy. Its function is to center and to balance the machine behind the tractor.

A locking device for disc bodies assures the complete folding of disc harrow during the transport.

All Gascón International disc harrows are equipped in origin with adjustable scrapers, one for each disc. Scrapers allow keeping discs clean.

As an option it is possible increase the quantity of bearings for each train of disc.

Sealed system in a bath of oil: no lubrication or maintenance is required. Ideal in sandy and abrasive soils.

Discs spacing (originally calibrated at 240mm.) recovers special importance in the quality of the labor executed. This value is increasable as an option.

With reference to the discs fitted as standard, you may request a different thickness.

As an option it is possible to set the machine with a hydraulic brake.

Hydraulic stabilizer bar is particularly recommended as an option for harrows with rollers. The regulation of the machine is done right from the tractor.

Hydraulic draw bar allows aligning the machine behind the tractor, both during the labor and the transport. The hydraulic draw bar is helpful when it is due to overpass obstacles (i.e. trees) during the labor. Just need to push the hydraulic command from inside the cabin tractor.

As an option it is possible to set the machine with electro valves, in order to unify 2 or more than two functions in one pilot only of the tractor.

As an option it is possible add a rear hook coulter.

Levelling disc is mounted on the tip of the rear train of discs. This way it takes the land rejected by the front train of discs and levels ruts opened by the last disc of the rear train of discs.

With reference to the tyres fitted as standard, you may request bigger ones.

Gascón International round cage rollers have got one block axle which crosses the roller from one extremity to the other. The use of self aligning double row balls bearings maintains unaltered the position of the roller - in case the axle should result damaged - in order to allow continuing to execute the labor properly. Rollers pulverize, level the soil and reduce damp loss.
